We are very excited to offer our first hands-on grilling classes!
These grilling classes are being taught
by Chris Marks. Chris is a master of the grill to say the least. He is a Kansas native who is from a grilling legacy.
His father Larry Marks (Boss Hawg) started Three Little Pigs BBQ in Kansas City and Topeka. When his father passed away
in 1997 Chris followed his father's footsteps. He has won over 40 competition events, including eight
time American Royal Championship (the Superbowl of barbeque.) Winning eight times in twelve years is impressive enough but Chris has also been
featured on the Travel Channel's "Taste of America" with Mark DeCarlo, Food Network's "BBQ Battle"
and numerous local broadcast and radio spots.
We are splitting this exciting class into two 6-hour days.
The classes will take you from start to finish including food prep, grilling and sampling your finished work. After
each day you will be more than welcome to take home your finished masterpieces for family and friends to sample as well!
For the two days you will experience four different cooking classes/techniques:
Day 1: "Smoking
101: Ribs and Chicken"
Day 2: "Smoking 102: Brisket and Butts"

The cost for the class is
$50 for individuals and bring the spouse along for only $25 more.
