Pool School

Please join us this at this years Pool School hosted by Energy Center-Manhattan Pool with the help of Bioguard. Every year we help new and experienced pool owners become more aquainted with their pools with our one-night learning session. We really take pride in helping our customers fully understand the products they purchase for maintaining their backyard oasis. Learn all the basics about pool care or refresh your memory from this winter. A Bioguard pro will be on hand to answer your questions and show you how to beautifully maintain your pool. It's all free and designed to expand your pool care knowledge.

Pool School is on Thursday, April 29th this year with meet, greet and eat at 6:00PM and class beginning at 7:00PM. Please RSVP to the store 800.287.5118 or email us from the site to sign-up!

Grilling Classes

We are very excited to offer our third annual series of hands-on grilling classes!

These grilling classes are being taught by Chris Marks. Chris is a master of the grill to say the least. He is a Kansas native who is from a grilling legacy. His father Larry Marks (Boss Hawg) started Three Little Pigs BBQ in Kansas City and Topeka. When his father passed away in 1997 Chris followed his father's footsteps. He has won over 40 competition events, including eight time American Royal Championship (the Superbowl of barbeque.) Winning eight times in twelve years is impressive enough but Chris has also been featured on the Travel Channel's "Taste of America" with Mark DeCarlo, Food Network's "BBQ Battle" and numerous local broadcast and radio spots.

The classes will take you from start to finish including food prep, grilling and sampling your finished work. After each class you will be more than welcome to take home your finished masterpieces for family and friends to sample as well!

For the two days you will experience four different cooking classes/techniques:

Class 1: "Ribs and Chicken"
Class 2: "Brisket and Butts"

UPDATED CLASS DATES: These will be the only confirmed classes for the year please check back occasionally and see if we are able to schedule more!
April 17th - Class 1 Ribs and Chicken
June 19th - Class 2 Brisket and Butts
July 17th - Class 1 Ribs and Chicken
August 21st - Class 2 Brisket and Butts

The cost for the class is $75
